The children enjoyed learning about St.George’s Day in our whole school assembly. We continued learning about St.George in our classrooms and the children were excited about the legend of his battle against a dragon. They were also excited about his armour and shield. We decided to make some shields of our own. The children really enjoyed cutting, colouring, and adding some glitter to make their shields sparkle.
